Roseville wins Tree City USA Award for 30th Year It’s good to be a tree in Roseville. The City of Roseville has again earned national recognition as a Tree City USA by the Arbor Day Foundation for the 30th year. On Friday, March 9 at 9am the City will celebrate Arbor Day by first receiving these awards, then volunteers are planting trees to beautify Hillsborough Park.
