  • Roseville wins Tree City USA Award for 30th Year
    Tree City USAIt’s good to be a tree in Roseville. The City of Roseville has again earned national recognition as a Tree City USA by the Arbor Day Foundation for the 30th year. On Friday, March 9 at 9am the City will celebrate Arbor Day by first receiving these awards, then volunteers are planting trees to beautify Hillsborough Park.

  • Reed appointed Roseville’s next Fire Chief
    Roseville City Manager Ray Kerridge announced Jan. 27, 2012 his selection of Marcus Reed as the city's next Fire Chief.  Chief Reed previously served as Division Chief of the highly regarded Tualatin Valley Fire and Rescue District in Oregon.

    The Utility Billing Division has new office hours, Monday - Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Friday's hours remain the same; 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

    The City of Roseville, CA has been recognized as the top digital city for its size in the United States by the Center of Digital Government and the National League of Cities in survey results released yesterday, November 2, 2011. 

    The 11th annual survey spotlights the municipalities that best show how information and communication technology are used to enhance public service.  The City of Roseville placed first in the 75,000-124,999 population category.

    Want an inside look at how your local law enforcement agency operates?  The Roseville Police Department is now accepting applications from Roseville community members for our bi-annual Citizen's Police Awareness Academy.  The next session will be held March 12-15 and March 19-22, 2012, from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m., at the Roseville Police Department.

    Do you know a Roseville kid who works hard in school, stays out of  trouble and deserves some recognition?  Nominate him or her to "Shop  with  a  Cop." Each  month, students from Roseville are selected to go on a  shopping trip with a Roseville Police officer for new clothing and shoes.
