PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE


NOTICE is hereby 9iven that on November 15, 2017 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, the City Council of the City of Roseville will hold a Public Hearing at the City Council Chambers located at 311 Vernon Street, Roseville, CA for the purpose of considering an application for a GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT - NCRSP PCL44 BROADSTONE HOLDEN- 1035 ROSEVILLE PARKWAY- FILE# PL 17-0132.


Request: The applicant requests approval of a General Plan Amendment to allow a change of the land use designation on North Central Roseville Specific Plan (NCRSP) Parcel 44 from Medium Density Residential {MDR) to High Density Residential (HOR). The HOR land use designation will support development of the Broadstone Holden 201-unit senior apartment complex and the 122-unit assisted living facility on the site.

ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: The Planning Manager has determined that the above project will not have a significant effect on the environment and proposes that a Negative Declaration be adopted. This determination has been based upon an Initial Study, which has concluded that there will be no significant environmental impacts. At this meeting, the City Council may adopt the proposed Negative Declaration. The Negative Declaration was
published on September 20, 2017 and the public comment period ended on October 20, 2017. The Initial Study/Negative Declaration is available for public review at the Roseville Permit Center, 311 Vernon Street, Roseville, CA 95678 (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday) or online at
http://www.roseville.ea.us/gov/development services/ planning/environmental documents n public notices.asp. If you challenge the decision in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the Public Hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City Clerk at, or prior to the Public Hearing.
