You may be interested to know that the Roseville Planning Division has received a development application for the project identified below. Notice will be mailed to property owners adjacent to the project prior to action on the application. We invite you to review this request and to forward your comments and/or questions to us. Description: THE PROJECT INVOLVES TWO (2) PARCELS AT THE CORNER OF E. ROSEVILLE PARKWAY AND CREEKSIDE RIDGE DRIVE. A MAJOR PROJECT PERMIT MODIFICATION TO THE CREEKSIDE CENTER IS REQUESTED TO INCLUDE AN EXISTING 1.17-ACRE OPEN SPACE PARCEL; A MAJOR PROJECT PERMIT STAGE 2 TO APPROVE THE DESIGN OF THREE (3) BUILDINGS TOTALING 12,500 SQUARE FEET AND ASSOCIATED PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENTS ON THE 2 PARCELS, TOTALING 2.21 ACRES. THE CORNER PARCEL IS PROPOSED TO BE A 4,500 SF SHARIF JEWELERS RETAIL STORE WITH A SECOND 2,000 SF BUILDING FOR THEIR OFFICES. THE THIRD BUILDING IS A 6,000 SF SHOP BUILDING THAT COULD ACCOMMODATE RETAIL, FOOD OR GENERAL OFFICE USES. A REZONE IS REQUESTED TO CHANGE THE ZONE OF PARCEL 2 TO REGIONAL COMMERCIAL AND A GENERAL PLAN & SPECIFIC PLAN AMENDMENT TO CHANGE THE LAND USE DESIGNATION FROM OPEN SPACE TO REGIONAL COMMERCIAL. A LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT IS ALSO REQUESTED.
