The Roseville Public Safety Foundation has purchased 1,000 National Child Identification Program Fingerprint I.D. Kits (approved by the The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI)). These give parents or guardians a way to store fingerprints, photos and other identity information. To get a free kit, contact your local neighborhood association.
